Privacy Policy

Last Modified: July 4, 2026

At HostGoat, accessible from our global operations, one of our primary priorities is the extreme privacy of our web hosting tenants and visitors. This Privacy Policy document explicitly profiles the types of technical data collected, tracked, and stored by our firewalls and cluster routines.

1. Information We Collect Automatically

When you map web resources through our name servers or initialize hosting environments, our routing grids automatically log infrastructure interactions. This includes data points such as:

  • Standard internet protocol (IP) addresses routing queries
  • Browser user-agents and tracking session hashes
  • Timestamp sequences detailing exact API usage
  • Bandwidth allocation limits utilized per domain node

2. How We Guard and Store Your Data

All database logs, configuration tables, and billing credentials are isolated behind industry-grade AES-256 encrypted local vaults. We maintain strict separation of access controls; your hosted filesystem blocks remain completely blind to our standard telemetry scripts.

3. Cookies and Tracker Artifacts

HostGoat utilizes operational cookies strictly to persist account dashboard authentications and session persistence parameters. We reject third-party behavioral marketing trackers on all service nodes.

Terms and Conditions

Last Modified: July 4, 2026

Welcome to HostGoat. By registering a cluster account, initiating virtual environments, or maintaining computing resources inside our nodes, you agree to comply with the legal obligations outlined below.

1. Account Provisioning Boundaries

Clients must supply legally valid contact records during registration. Providing fraudulent billing details or misleading identity profiles will result in immediate service suspension without recourse or balance refunds.

2. Financial Obligations & Continuous Subscriptions

All pricing tiers function on an advance-payment automation matrix. Invoices generate precisely seven days prior to cycle expiration. Failed renewals result in automatic system isolation within 48 hours, followed by archival pruning after 14 calendar days of persistent delinquency.

3. Structural Liability Restrictions

HostGoat maintains high available cluster infrastructures, yet our services are rendered purely on an "as-is" and "as-available" blueprint. Under no circumstances will HostGoat accept liability for business data loss, structural service interruptions, or customer-side software application exploits.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Last Modified: July 4, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy specifies absolute constraints governing server usage parameters across the HostGoat global network routing space.

1. Prohibited Actions & Exploit Rules

Our server resources must not be altered, co-opted, or deployed to facilitate malicious actions. Explicitly blocked activities include:

  • Operating unauthenticated email relays or mass phishing schemes
  • Hosting malware payloads, keyloggers, or illegal botnet tracking hubs
  • Initiating crypto-token mining loops on generic shared compute infrastructure
  • Launching network disruptions or inbound/outbound DDoS attacks

2. Resource Optimization Overuse

Accounts utilizing shared environments must operate within reasonable fair-use CPU, RAM, and database access limits. Nodes causing service disruptions to surrounding system neighbors will be automatically placed in resource isolation queues.
